How It Happened
Metzler broke a 0-0 deadlock in the 77th minute to give the Tigers the game's first and only lead.  Metzler scored her fourth goal of the season off a one-time header off a corner kick attempt by freshman Casey Rodgers (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan).

From that point the Holy Family defense continued to keep the Georgian Court offense in check.  The Lions produced six shots in the final 10 minutes but none were on-goal.  The Lions recorded back-to-back shots in the 89th minute in attempt to tie the game but shots by Kaitlin Lister and Lizzy Kroon went high and were blocked.

Senior goalkeeper Kacie Booth (Maple Shade, N.J./Maple Shade) made three saves in net for the Tigers after facing 17 shots by Georgian Court.  The Lions produced only three shots on-goal the entire game.  The shutout marked Booth's first of the season and the fifth of her career.
