Plymouth Meeting, Pa. - Junior
Paige Settar (Mullica Hill, N.J./Clearview Regional) scored a game-high five goals as the Holy Family University women's lacrosse team defeated visiting Nyack College by the score of 17-7 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest on Saturday afternoon at Victory Field #1 on the campus of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.

Holy Family, winners of three straight games, improves to 5-3 overall with the victory and remains undefeated in conference action with a 3-0 mark. Nyack falls to 3-4 overall and 1-1 in the CACC.

With her five scores, Settar reached the 100
th goal of her career as she became the fifth player in program history to reach such feat. Her 100
th goal came in the final minutes of the game as Settar capped the scoring with an unassisted tally. She also picked up three ground balls and controlled five draws.

Senior
Brianna Lancetta (Marlton, N.J./Bishop Eustace) finished the game with five points after scoring three goals and assisting on two others. She also led the team with six draw controls. Seniors
Sarah Kelly (Washington Twp., N.J./Washington Twp.) and
Christina Bonomo (Ephrata, Pa./Ephrata) each finished with two goals and an assist. Kelly also caused a pair of turnovers. Junior
Nicole Braungart (Medford, N.J./Bishop Eustace) added two goals and an assist as well as causing two turnovers on defense.Â

Senior
Kimber Kisselback (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) totaled three ground balls and led the team with three caused turnovers.Â

For Nyack, senior Karis Walborn led the Warriors with five goals and one assist for six points. Junior Lauren Lebo added one goal and two assists to finish with three points.Â

The Tigers scored early and often in this one, including the game's first goal within the first :11 seconds of action. Lancetta controlled the draw and went right down the field to tally her first score of the team to give the Tigers a 1-0 advantage.

Nyack would go on to tie the game at the 23:15 mark with a goal by Lebo before the Holy Family offense exploded for five straight goals to take a 6-1 lead midway through the half.Â

From there, the Tigers outscored the Warriors, 6-2, to close out the first half and lead 12-3 entering halftime. Holy Family scored four goals in the final five minutes of the half.

Holy Family would go on to lead by as many as 12 goals after opening the second half with three straight scores, including the first two by Bonomo to give the team a 15-3 advantage.

Nyack responded by scoring four of the game's next five goals, but the deficit was too much to overcome. The Tigers outshot the Warriors, 38-16, and held a 21-11 advantage on ground balls.

Junior goalkeeper
Grace Deckert (Jarrettsville, Md./Fallston) made five saves in net and allowed a season-low three goals in 47:27 minutes of action. Freshman
Amber Frechette (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) closed the game out in net for the Tigers.

Nyack senior goalkeeper Madeline Barbarino finished with 12 saves.Â

Holy Family is back in action on Tuesday, March 31 as the Tigers travel to face Caldwell University in a CACC contest. Game time is slated for 3 p.m.
