Holy Family University Athletics

Junior Angel Ayala averaged a double-double for the week after recording 17.0 points and 10.0 rebounds per game as the Holy Family men's basketball team went 1-1 last week.  The Tigers began the week with a heartbreaking loss to Philadelphia (68-65) and then came through with a 77-71 victory at Nyack on Saturday.  Ayala scored 17 points and had 11 boards to record a double-double against the Rams and then followed it up with another 17-point performance against the Warriors.
