Junior Isaiah Gans  was named the CACC Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week this past week as he helped lead the Tigers to a 2-0 week. Gans averaged 18.5 points per game to go along with 5.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocks per contest.  The Tigers began the week with a 97-77 victory over visiting Goldey-Beacom College and then went on to defeat West Chester University by the score of 99-92 in a non-conference contest.  The 99 points versus the Golden Rams marked a season-high for the Holy Family offense.
 
Gans highlighted the week scoring a career-high 29 points on 11-of-16 shooting from the field, including 6-of-10 from deep range.  He also grabbed seven rebounds and blocked a season-high six shots.  Against West Chester, Gans added eight points, four rebounds and one block.
