Sophomore Kacie Booth was named the CACC Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending Sept. 28. Holy Family went 2-0 this past week as the Tigers picked up a pair of victories against conference opponents. The team defeated Georgian Court, 1-0, on Sept. 23 and capped the week with a 3-1 victory versus Post University on Saturday. Booth was in net for both games as she earned her third straight victory. Against Georgian Court, she made six saves to preserve the shutout; her second in as many games. Booth followed that up with a ten save performance in the win over Post setting a new career-high.

For the week, Booth made 16 saves after facing 34 total shots. She allowed one goal in 180:00 minutes of action. This season Booth is 3-0 in three starts and has totaled 19 saves to go along with a 0.33 goals against average and a .950 save percentage.
