Sophomore Emma Herring was named the CACC Player of the Week this past week as she helped lead the Tigers to a 1-1 record.  The Tigers opened the week on the road with a 3-0 setback at Chestnut Hill College on Wednesday, but bounced back with a 3-0 victory against Post University in the regular season finale on Friday night. Herring led the team with 19 kills this past week, including a team-high ten kills to go along with 12 digs in the loss to the Griffins.  She averaged 3.17 kills, 2.67 digs and totaled 11 service aces.  Herring capped the week with a nine kill performance against the Eagles.  In the same match, she registered a season-high eight service aces falling one shy of her career-high.
