Haley Jones

 The Holy Family University Department of Athletics announced the hiring of Jones as its first-ever athletics coordinator and project manager in June 2024. 
 
In this role, she will deliver comprehensive executive level administrative and project management support to Director of Athletics Tim Hamill. In addition, she will be a key contributor in the support of student and university wide initiatives and community service projects. 
 
Jones returns to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) after previously spending four years on the softball team at fellow member Georgian Court, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Admiration, Concentration in Marketing. 
 
She was most recently an assistant softball coach at fellow Division II member Coker University, helping coordinate all compliance activities, facilitating travel operations and acting as the recruiting coordinator. The Cobras recorded their most wins in four years during her time there. 
 
Jones began her post-undergraduate career as a graduate assistant softball coach at Misericordia University, as she worked toward her Master of Business Administration, Concentration in Management.
 
In addition to serving as the interim head coach during the Fall 2021 season, she acted as the team’s academic advisor, managed the yearly budget, implemented fundraising strategies and recruited, while also assisting in game management in the athletic department. The Cougars were the 2022 MAC Freedom regular season champions and received 11 All-Conference and six All-Region selections, as well as two major MAC awards, during her tenure.
