Biography
2010 Season: Did Not Play Due to Injury.
2009 Season: Earned All-CACC second team honors after averaging a team-best 2.64 kills per set. She finished the year with 340 kills to go along with 55 service aces, 180 digs (1.40 d/s) and 45 total blocks. Hornback recorded a kill in each match played in as well as recording double figures in kills in 20 matches. Recorded a season-high 17 kills at Philadelphia University on Oct. 29. Had a breakout match against Wilmington University on Sept. 22 with 16 kills and 12 digs.
2008 Season: Was named the CACC Rookie of the Year, becoming the first player in program history to earn the award. Named the CACC Rookie of the Week five times... Finished third in the CACC in kills (312) and fourth in kills per set (2.71). Finished the season second on the team in blocks (58) and fifth in service aces (35). Recorded 20 kills in a match twice during the season and served six aces in a match at Goldey-Beacom for a season high.
High School: Was a captain in her senior season... Helped lead Heritage Christian to a 59-11 record by compiling 278 kills, 23 solo blocks, 119 block assists and 47 aces in her junior and senior seasons... Team finished second in Indiana in Class 2A in 2007... Selected to the Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association in 2007, the Indiana South All-Star team and the 2007 USA Volleyball Girls Youth National Development A1 Camp.
