2011 Season: Earned All-CACC honors for the second straight season after being named to the first for the first time.... Also named to the Daktronincs, Inc. All-East Region second team for the first time in her career.... Started and appeared in all 21 games.... tallied two goals and five assists for nine points....had a season-best two assists in the 9-4 victory versus Concordia (9/29).... Scored at Shepherd University (9/3) and against Chestnut Hill College (10/19)... Named to the CACC All Tournament team.... Also selected to the CACC All-Academic team.

2010 Season: Started all 20 games for the Tigers during her sophomore season.  Benson earned All-CACC honors for the first time in her career.  She was named to the second team as she helped anchor the Holy Family defense that held opponents to 1.44 goals per game.  Benson also scored one goal and assisted on three others during the year.  Scored a goal in the 5-1 victory against Nyack College on Sept. 18.

2009 Season: Started all 23 games as a freshman...Netted first collegiate goal versus Queens (N.Y.)...Tallied game-winning goal against Goldey-Beacom...Tied for third on team with six goals...Posted a goal and an assist versus Felician and registed assists versus Nyack and Caldwell.

High School: Benson played soccer, basketball and softball...Was an All-Catholic League first team player during her junior and senior seasons...Named as the MVP of the southern division as a junior...In her senior year, she garnered All-State honors along with being named the team MVP and the MVP of the red division.
