2011 Season: Earned All-CACC honors for the first time in her career after being named to the second team.... Scored two goals and recorded a career high four assists.....Scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory at Nyack College (10/15)....tallied a season high three points in the CACC semifinal victory over Dominican College with one goal and one assist (11/03)...Named to the CACC All-Tournament Team....Earned CACC All-Academic Honors.

2010 Season: Appeared in 20 games and started 19 during her sophomore season.  Finished the season with one goal and three assists for five points.  Scored the game-winning goal at Stonehill College (Sept. 4) in the 1-0 season opening win. 

2009 Season: Made 23 appearances, including six starts...Scored first career goal against Molloy (9/17)...Recorded a total of three goals and three assists on the year.
 
High School: Helkowski was a three-time All-Catholic League player at Conwell-Egan. In her junior and senior seasons, Helkowski was an All-Catholic League first team selection and earned team MVP and Bucks County Courier Times Golden Team honors...As a sophomore, Helkowski was an All-Catholic League second team pick.
