Lindsey Colferai will begin her first season as a member of the Holy Family women's lacrosse staff in 2017.
Colferai came to Holy Family with a wealth of coaching experience and knowledge of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC). She spent three seasons as an assistant coach for Chestnut Hill College from 2012-2014. She was also the head varsity girls' lacrosse coach for Mt. St. Joseph Academy during that span as well through the 2015 season.
Prior to her coaching career, Colferai was a four-year player for Division I Temple University from 2006-2010. She was a member of the 2008 Atlantic-10 Championship team and was named to the University's Honor Roll during her career.
Colferai currently works with Ultimate Lacrosse as the head coach and assistant coach for various teams and age groups throughout the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area. In addition to coaching, she coordinates year round lacrosse clinics and helped organize the new JUMP program with Zimmer. Colferai also works with the National Women's Italian Lacrosse team. She helps develop lacrosse skills and game understanding for the Italian team. Her training trips include the 2015 European Cup and multiple Italy Cups.
