Hayes joined the Holy Family coaching staff ahead of the 2023-24 season, immediately after her playing career ended.
Hayes was a six-year member of the HFU women’s basketball program, overcoming a major injury in 2021-22 to captain the 2022-23 squad.
The Tigers reached the CACC Tournament Championship Game in 2019-20, head coach Bernadette Laukaitis’ first season, with Hayes starting all 29 contests.
She appeared in 110 games in her career, making 72 starts and totaling 642 points, 378 rebounds and 204 assists.
A scholar-athlete, Hayes was a five-time CACC All-Academic Team selection as she graduated with her Master of Education in May 2023.
