Wilson joined Holy Family as an assistant coach prior to the 2025-26 season.
She came to HFU after five incredible years at Lehigh University, where she coached four school record holders, 30+ Patriot League scorers, 15+ All-East honorees and six regional qualifiers.
Prior to Lehigh Wilson she coached at Gwynedd Mercy, mentoring eight All-East honorees and two national qualifiers.
Wilson was a four-year thrower at Monmouth University, collecting eight team MAAC Championships, five individual titles and two MAAC Field Athlete of the Year awards. She currently holds the school record in the shot put and is second all-time in the discus.
