Steve Sable

Sable joined the Holy Family baseball staff as an assistant coach prior to the program’s inaugural season in 2024. 
 
In his first year, he helped the Tigers win 20 games as a first-year program. 
 
Specializing in hitting, fielding, and pitching, Sable leverages his expertise to develop well-rounded athletes at every level.
 
He joined HFU from Bucks Country Community College, where in his last two seasons the team posted a combined record of 63-34-1, captured two ESAC Championships, and made two USCAA National Championship appearances. 
 
He previously spent seven years as a coach at Holy Ghost Preparatory School and is currently an instructor with Rake Baseball. 
 
As a player, Sable was a four-time All-Start in the Pendel Baseball League, a two-time Bucks County Golden Team selection as a first team pitcher, and a two-time All-League selection in the Bicentennial Athletic League (BAL). In his senior year, he was named BAL League MVP.
 
Sable earned his bachelor’s degree in business education from Gwynedd Mercy University in 2011. Based in Warminster, Pa., he is passionate about outdoor activities like golf, skiing, baseball, biking, and spending time at the beach.
