Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
Dylan W.F. Ferron, MS, CSCS
Ferron took over as Holy Family’s first-ever Head of Strength & Conditioning in August 2022. As Head of Strength and Conditioning, he is responsible for the Sports Performance needs of all Holy Family athletes. He is also responsible for overseeing operations within the Fitness Center.
Ferron gained his first experience in strength and conditioning interning under the Sports Performance staff at The University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA). There he gained insight into training high level Division I Ivy League athletes. He also spent time as a dual sport and strength coach at Downingtown West High School (Downingtown, PA) for the Football and Track & FielD programs for nine years. Coach Ferron has also been a personal trainer for various populations for the last five years.
Ferron gained both his Bachelor of Science in exercise science and his master’s in applied sports performance at West Chester University (West Chester, PA). He also received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) of which he is a member. He also holds memberships with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA).
Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Lindsey Fagan, MS, CSCS
The Holy Family Department of Athletics announced the hiring of Lindsey Fagan as its new assistant strength & conditioning coach in August 2025.
In this role she will support in the design and implementation of sport-specific strength and conditioning programs, while also collaborating closely with the athletic training staff on rehabilitation protocols to help student-athletes return to play safely and effectively.
A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Fagan returned to HFU after spending the Spring 2024 semester as a strength & conditioning intern with the Tigers, having worked with the baseball, women’s basketball, men’s and women’s lacrosse, women’s soccer, softball and volleyball teams.
She spent the previous academic year as a strength & conditioning intern at the University of Pennsylvania, gaining experience with 33 Division I teams, and was most recently a sports performance coach at Ascent Athlete, where she designed and implemented individualized strength and conditioning programs for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes across multiple sports.
Fagan received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Master of Science in Sports Business from Neumann University, where she was a decorated women’s lacrosse student-athlete.
A four-time All-Atlantic East selection, including the 2025 Player of the Year, she is the program’s all-time leader in both goals (270) and game-winning goals (16), while ranking second in points (328), free position goals (60) and draw controls (302).
