LAKEWOOD, N.J. – The HFU Men's Track & Field Team placed second at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships hosted at Georgian Court over the weekend.
- Both relay teams won gold, highlighted by the 4x100m relay team featuring Corey Thomas (Mays Landing, N.J./Oakcrest), Jay-Zyre Turner (Kingston, Jamaica/Jamaica College), Ryder Benjamin () and Theophilius Sample (Atlantic City, N.J./ACIT) setting a new school record with a time of 41.86
- Odane Smith (Saint Catherine, Jamaica/Edwin Allen) claimed two medals, totaling 18 points, winning the high jump with a clearance of 1.91m and placing second in the long jump after landing 7.15m
- Turner crossed first in the 100m in 10.81, while Zyskwoski was first in the 400m with a time of 47.95m
- Ernest Robertson (Miami, Fla./Palmer Trinity) posted three top five finishes, highlighted by winning silver in the triple jump after landing at 14.02m
- He was also fifth in the 400 meter hurdles (56.64) and sixth in the long jump (6.43m), earning 15 points
- Desi Stroud (Mays Landing, N.J./ACIT) earned points in three events too, highlighted by winning bronze in the long jump with a mark of 7.03m
- He was fifth in the 200m (22.16) and seventh in 100m (10.94) for a total of 12 points
- Al-Amin Page (Mays Landing, N.J./Oakcrest) and Ryan Trunkwalter (Bensalem, Pa./Bensalem) won bronzes as well, with Page clearing 1.86m in the high jump and Trunkwalter clearing 3.97m in the pole vault
- Page was also seventh in the 400m hurdles (58.13)
- Andrae Johnson (Egg Harbor City, N.J./Oakcrest) (800m) and Letlotlo Mohubedu (Pretoria, South Africa/Northern Academy Secondary School (Essex CC)) (3000m steeplechase) posted top five finishes, while Wesley was sixth in the pole vault and Fofana crossed seventh in the 400m
