PHILADELPHIA – The Holy Family University women's cross country team opened its season at the Philadelphia Cross Classic hosted at Belmont Plateau on Saturday morning. 
 

• Senior Jade Jones (Philadelphia, Pa./Hydel) led the Tigers, finishing 24th in the field of 58 with a time of 24:36.51
• Freshman Molly Kennedy (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) was also in the top-half of the field after crossing in 24:49.24
• Danalee Brock (St. Elizabeth, Jamaica/STETHS (University of Mary)) made her collegiate cross country debut, completing the 5K course in 26:34.19
• Paris Hayden (Brooklyn, N.Y./Pocono Mountain) began her senior season with a time of 27:04.74
• Also making their collegiate debuts on the day were freshmen Oliwia Moyer (Cinnaminson, N.J./Cinnaminson) (27:32.31) and Rachel Stewart () (30:13.31)
