HFU Athletics Hall of Fame Nomination Form
 
The department of athletics is seeking nominations for the Holy Family University Athletics Hall of Fame. 
 
The Holy Family University Athletics Hall of Fame serves to honor those who have brought distinction and/or made exceptional contributions to the overall development, success and prestige of the HFU Department of Athletics. 
 
Membership into the Holy Family Athletics Hall of Fame is determined by an established selection committee comprised of individuals of interest to the department of athletics.
 
Please note the following eligibility guidelines: 
 

• Nominee(s) exhibited high moral character as defined in the university's mission statement and core values. 
• A student-athlete is eligible for nomination after a minimum of five years following completion of playing career. He or she must have completed a minimum of two seasons at HFU and graduated from the university. 
• A coach is eligible immediately following his or her tenure and must have served the athletic department for a minimum of five years. 
• An administrator is eligible immediately following his or her tenure and must have served the athletic department for a minimum of five years. 
• A team is eligible five years after its final date of competition.
