How it Happened
Game One
- Trailing 2-5 entering the sixth, Letizia's one-out single got a rally started as Ciasullo followed with a two-run homer before solo home runs by Clayborne and Miller put HFU ahead 6-5
- West Chester countered with a sacrifice fly in the bottom half though, and after the Tigers stranded one in the seventh, the Golden Rams walked it off with back-to-back two-out doubles
- Three home runs put WCU up 4-0 through three innings, but solo home runs by Grubb and Jones in the fourth and then fifth cut the deficit in half
- Back-to-back two-out extra-base hits in the bottom of the fifth put the Golden Rams back up by three
Game Two
- After Holy Family stranded Letizia in scoring position in the top of the first, WCU scored its only run on a one-out walk, stolen base and single in the bottom-half
- Tidaback also stranded runners in scoring position in the second, third and fifth
