HFU's Lauren Palangio (North Huntingdon, Pa./Norwin) has received her first career Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Week award for her performance in the Tigers' victory over Post on Saturday. 
 
The freshman scored 13 of her game-high 15 points, triple her previous season-best, in the fourth quarter of the win. She made 7-of-9 field goals and led all players with four assists in just 16 minutes.
