Brigidmarie Ferreira (Philadelphia, Pa./Franklin Towne Charter) has become HFU bowling's first-ever Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) All-Academic Team member, in the program's first year of eligibility for the honor.
To be eligible for the CACC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must:

• have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 at the end of the immediate preceding term
• have a minimum of two semesters enrolled as a full-time student at a member institution
• be a second-year student-athlete at a member institution

Ferreira, a sophomore Early Childhood and Special Education major, was one of nine student-athletes to receive the accolade.
