PHILADELPHIA – The Holy Family University women's soccer team hit two bars in the opening 3:32 of an eventual 0-2 loss at league Jefferson on Friday afternoon.

Maddie Maguire (Sewell, N.J./Nazareth Academy (Rider)) first hit the post just 1:29 in, and after the Rams opened the scoring with 3:09 on the clock, it was
Carly Fox (Feasterville, Pa./Neshaminy (Penn State Berks)) hitting the crossbar 23 seconds later.
Holy Family outshot Jefferson 14-12 for the match, including 8-6 in the second half, but could not break through as the Rams made it 0-2 in the 32nd minute.

Rebecca Casper (Mullica Hill, N.J./Clearview Regional) - fired on net, with Dickson and Mignon working the keeper 50 seconds apart in 84th and 85th minutes.
Maguire led all players with three attempts, while
Jaina Preuhs (Brookhaven, Pa./Sun Valley) made three saves.
