SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The HFU volleyball team wrapped up play at American International's IVHOF East Region Clash on Saturday, battling with Bentley (13-25, 16-25, 11-25) and Molloy (23-25, 10-25, 21-25).
Individual Highlights
- Natasha Yanief (Pittsburgh, Pa./Thomas Jefferson) led the Tigers with five kills in both matches, and she added a team-high two blocks in the opener
- Ava Kidd (Walton, Ky./Larry A. Ryle (Saint Anselm)) had a team-high two blocks in the nightcap
- Morgan Steck (Lakewood, Colo./Lakewood) was atop Holy Family with 16 assists on the day, including 11 versus Molloy
- Maeve Boylan (Ridley Township, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara) paced the Tigers with 11 digs in both matches, with Kidd adding 10 against Bentley for a new season-best
- Kyla Sayson (Sewell, N.J./Gloucester Institute of Technology) also had a season-best in digs against Bentley with eight, while Brianna Moss (Gainesville, Va./Battlefield) set one with seven versus Molloy
- Keira Rogan (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) posted a team-high two aces versus Molly, tying a season-best
