How It Happened

* After a scoreless first half, Assumption broke the deadlock score when Diana Bruggeman knocked in her own rebound after her initial shot was blocked by a Holy Family defender.  Bruggeman's first goal of the season came in the 53rd minute.

* Assumption doubled its lead in the 80th minute when Carly Sevigny scored her first goal of the season.  Sevigny fired a shot from about 30-yards out that squeaked its way between the leaping hands of Holy Family goalkeeper Alayna McSeed (Bensalem, Pa./Bensalem) and the cross bar.

* The Assumption defense held the Tigers to zero shots in the second half to help secure the shutout.  The Greyhounds out shot the Tigers, 9-3, for the game.
