How It Happened

* Two first half goals by the Chargers turned out to be the difference in the game.  Dominican struck first in the 26th minute when Alyana Gonel scored her eighth goal of the season with Alissa Madura assisting on the play.  The Chargers went on to double their lead in the 39th minute when Isabella Wysocki converted a penalty kick to make the score 2-0.  It was Wysocki's sixth goal of the season.

* Holy Family had a couple of opportunities in the final few minutes of the first half to possibly cut into the Dominican lead but both shots were off target.  The Tigers finished the first half with six shots and then took another six shots in the second half.  Only two of the six shots in the final 45 minutes were on-target for the Tigers.
