Game Recap

* Junior Davis Habilaj (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) scored a pair of goals to lead the Tigers to the upset victory.  Habilaj scored the game's first goal in the ninth minute of action connecting from 15-yards out after receiving a pass from sophomore Georg Montag (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan).

* Goldey-Beacom tied the game in the 25th minute off a goal by Levi Maruca.

* Habilaj struck again in the 43rd minute after receiving a long pass through the defense from goalkeeper Mark Tobin (Philadelphia, Pa./Roman Catholic (La Salle Univ.)).  Habilaj was able to get a shot off that went through the hands of the Goldey-Beacom keeper for the score.  It marked his third goal of the game and at the same time gave the Tigers a 2-1 advantage entering halftime.

* The score remained 2-1 through majority of the second half until freshman Sean Touey (Rockledge, Pa./Abington) came through with his first collegiate goal in the 79th minute.  Touey's goal was assisted by senior Hayden Pratt (Bensalem, Pa./Holy Ghost Prep) off a long ball.

News and Notes

* The Holy Family defense limited Goldey-Beacom to just eight shots in the game, including only three in the first half.  The five shots the Lightning got off in the second half, only one was on-target.  Tobin made the stop in the 56th minute to preserve the one goal lead.  He finished the game with two saves.

* Holy Family finished the game with 15 shots; nine on-goal.  It marked the third straight contest the Tigers have totaled double-digit shots in a game.

* The loss ended a season long seven-game winning streak by Goldey-Beacom.
