All-Time Series
Tonight marked the seventh meeting between Holy Family and Molloy since the start of the 2004 season.  The Tigers are now 4-3 versus the Lions in the all-time series.  Holy Family defeated Molloy twice this year with the first coming back on Oct. 13 in a 3-1 victory at the Campus Center Gymnasium.

Joining Elite Company
With the win versus Molloy in tonight's quarterfinal match, Holy Family becomes just the second school in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) to register a victory in the NCAA Tournament.  The 2008 Georgian Court University team defeated fifth-seeded Merrimack College, 3-0, in the East Region quarterfinals that year for the conference's first-ever women's volleyball NCAA Tournament triumph.

Winning Streak Continues
The Tigers have extended their program record winning streak to 22 straight matches with their last defeat coming nearly two months ago against city rival Jefferson back on Sept. 14.  The win tonight also marked the 30th of the season for the Tigers.

Next Up
Holy Family returns to action on Friday, Nov. 16 as the Tigers face top-seeded and host New Haven in the NCAA Division II East Region semifinals.  Match time is set for 7:30 p.m. The winner will advance to Saturday's regional championship and face the winner of the other semifinal match between #2 Adelphi University and #6 American International College.
