* L. Silva - GCU (28') | G. Montag - HFU (29') | F. Corral - GCU (91')

How It Happened

* Georgian Court struck first when Louis Silva scored his eighth goal of the season in the 28th minute to give the Lions a 1-0 lead.  The lead was short-lived as Holy Family answered right back in the 29th minute.  Freshman Georg Montag (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) connected on a shot from 20-yards out that deflected over the keeper's head. It marked Montag's fourth goal of the season.

* The score remained tied at 1-1 through the rest of the half and through the second half resulting in the second overtime game between Holy Family and Georgian Court in a weeks span.  This time though there would be no tie as Georgian Court scored the game-winner within the first :44 seconds of the overtime period.  Francisco Corral recorded the goal off a one-timer from Daniel Vicente for his second goal of the game. The play started off a corner kick attempt by Silva.

News and Notes

* Holy Family finished the season with a winning record in conference play (6-5-1) for the first time since 2011 when the Tigers recorded a 7-3-1 mark in the CACC.  This year also marked the team's first appearance in the CACC tournament since 2013.

All-Time Series
Today marked the seventh meeting between Holy Family and Georgian Court since the start of the 2013 season and the first time the two teams met up in the postseason.  The Tigers are now 2-4-1 against the Lions in the all-time series.
