How It Happened

* It was only a matter of time before the Tigers would find the back of the net and once they did the scoring didn't stop.  Rock scored the first of her four goals in the 53rd minute to break the scoreless tie.  She would go on to score another in the 56th minute to double the lead at 2-0.  Rock also scored in the 64th minute on a penalty kick and in the 78th minute.

* Senior Alyssa Christiansen (Warminster, Pa./William Tennent) gave the Tigers a 3-0 lead in the 60th minute after she scored on a restart from 30-yards out.  It marked her third goal of the season.

* Sophomore Alexa Teschko (Clayton, N.J./Clayton) got in on the scoring as she connected on her first goal of the season in the 84th minute.  Teschko collected a loose ball off a corner kick attempt to set up her score.

* Chestnut Hill's Maddie Jimenez scored the Griffins' lone goal in the 76th minute.

News and Notes

* With her eight points (4G) tonight, Rock became the sixth player in program history to reach the 100-career points milestone.  In 64 career games, Rock has totaled 102 points on 42 goals and 18 assists. Her 102 points are sixth most in the record book.

* Rock's four goals marked a career-high for the two-time CACC Player of the Year.  It also signified her second career hat trick.  Rock scored three goals against Dominican College back on September 17, 2016 during her sophomore season.

* As a team, Holy Family recorded a season-high 33 shots with 18 on-target setting a season-best.  Rock totaled 12 shots to lead the Tigers, while freshman Kaitlyn Findlay (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) got five shots off.
