How It Happened

* Sergio Diaz recorded a hat trick as he scored three of Post's four goals on the afternoon.  Diaz opened the scoring with a goal in the 12th minute before adding scores in the 49th and 58th minutes in the second half.

* Senior Mariano Cepeda (Philadelphia, Pa. (Argentina)/Roman Catholic) scored his first goal of the game to tie the score right before halftime. Diaz's first goal gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead for majority of the first half.  However, Cepeda tied things up in a penalty kick goal in the 43rd minute to even the score entering halftime.

* Cepeda came through for the Tigers again in the second half this time getting an assist from freshman Sean McCormick (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge).  In the 59th minute, Cepeda received a cross pass close to net from McCormick for the easy score towards the left side.  Cepeda's goal cut the deficit down to 3-2.

* Post would respond to the Tigers' goal in the 61st minute to expand the lead back to two goals.  Eden Gendler scored his first goal of the season to make the score 4-2.

* Holy Family goalkeeper Mark Pohl (Feasterville, Pa./Father Judge) recorded a career-high 11 saves in net after facing 22 shots by the Eagles.
