How It Happened
Philadelphia senior Armando Canela sent the game into overtime after launching a shot on a direct kick from about 40-yards out after a yellow card foul by Holy Family.  Canela's shot was right on target as the ball deflected off a Holy Family defender for the equalizing goal with :14 seconds remaining in regulation.

Holy Family scored the game's first goal early in the first half when senior Dan Trodden (Warrington, Pa./Archbishop Wood) found freshman Allan Loor (Burlington Twp., N.J./Burlington Township) inside the box as Loor converted his first collegiate goal in the 19th minute.

The Tigers were forced to play down a player late in the first half after a red card.  The Holy Family defense held off Philadelphia as the Rams outshot the Tigers, 14-2, in the final 65 minutes of action.  Senior goalkeeper Dylan Rutledge (Philadelphia, Pa./Roman Catholic) made four saves in the second half and had one save in each overtime period to preserve the save.  He finished with a career-high seven saves.
