Inside the Box Score
Holy Family: Sophomore Chase Wassel (North Wales, Pa./Lansdale Catholic) finished with a team-high 11 kills to go along with seven digs and two aces.  With her 11 kills, Wassel is in striking distance to becoming just the third player in program history to reach 500 kills in a season.  She currently has 485 kills this year and 822 in her career.  Sophomore Candyce Riley (Horsham, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham) added eight kills while recording an attack percentage of .467.  She committed just one error on 15 attempts.  Riley also recorded seven digs on defense.  Freshman Gianna Pesognelli (Phoenix, Ariz./Pinnacle) led the team with four total blocks (1BS/3BA) and finished with four kills.  Junior Kacie Brien (Turnersville, N.J./Washington Township) finished the night with 25 assists.

All-Time Series
Tonight marked the 17th meeting all-time between Holy Family and West Chester dating back to the 2004 season.  The Golden Rams picked up their fourth straight victory over the Tigers and are now 16-1 all-time versus Holy Family.

Postseason Picture
The postseason scenarios are becoming clearer as the season inches closer to the end.  The Tigers still hold the third spot out of the CACC South Division with an 11-7 record.  Holy Family has one conference match left on its slate and is one match ahead of fourth place Chestnut Hill College in the win column.  The Griffins are currently 10-7 after defeating the University of the Sciences Tuesday night.  Chestnut Hill has two matches left on its schedule.  If the Griffins lose either one of those matches, the Tigers will clinch the third seed.  Holy Family could also clinch the third seed with a win in its regular season finale on Saturday versus Philadelphia.  Chestnut Hill could overtake the Tigers for third place if the Griffins win their final two matches and Holy Family loses to the Rams. If both teams finished tied, Holy Family wins the tie break due to its two regular season victories over the Griffins.

Next Up
Holy Family will host Philadelphia on Saturday, Nov. 12 as the Tigers wrap up the regular season versus cross-town rival Philadelphia.  Match time is slated for 12 p.m. inside the Campus Center Gymnasium.
