How It Happened
In a scoreless tie late in the game, James came through for the Tigers with a goal in the 83rd minute.  Senior Connor Stackhouse (Warrington, Pa./Central Bucks South) found James with a pass down the middle of the field.  James then shot the ball past the charging goalkeeper in Jasur Tursunboyev for the score.

Minutes later James struck again, this time with a shot from eight-yards out, for his team leading fifth goal of the season.  Senior Dan Trodden (Warrington, Pa./Archbishop Wood) was credited with the assist on the score as the Tigers doubled their lead with less than three minutes to play in regulation.

Sophomore goalkeeper Mark Pohl (Feasterville, Pa./Father Judge) made four saves in net for the Tigers to earn his first career shutout.  Senior Dylan Rutledge (Philadelphia, Pa./Roman Catholic) entered the in the 85th minute to close out the game and preserve the shutout.  Rutledge faced two shots by the Golden Falcons, both off target.
