Caldwell, N.J. - The Holy Family University women's volleyball team came up short in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) quarterfinals by the score of 3-0 against Caldwell College on Tuesday night.

Holy Family, the fourth seed from the South Division, concludes its season at 15-15, while the North's top-seeded Caldwell improves to 19-11. The Cougars advance to the CACC semifinals and will face second-seed Philadelphia University from the South on Friday.

Holy Family dropped the match by the scores of 25-20, 25-19 and 25-22.

Sophomore
Emma Herring (Newtown, Conn./Newtown) led the team with a match-high 14 kills and 14 digs. Fellow classmate
Rachel Johnson (New Lenox, Ill./Lincoln Way West) contributed nine kills and eight digs, while senior
Sarah Ambach (Springboro, Ohio/Springboro) chipped in six kills. Ambach concludes her career with 1,039 kills, which ranks third on the all-time list. She also finishes this season with a .312 attack percentage tying her career-high set last season. Ambach finishes her career as the program's all-time leader in attack percentage (.302), block assists (194) and total blocks (278).

Senior
Chelsea Keegan (Bucyrus, Ohio/Colonel Crawford) finished with 30 set assists to go along with four kills and six digs. Keegan finishes her career with 3,142 assists, which ranks second most in program history. Â

For Caldwell, freshman Taylor Zaeske shared the match lead with Herring in kills with 14. Zaeske finished with an attack percentage of .343.  Junior Athena Nestores also recorded double-digit kills with ten. Freshman Rachel Carpenter led the match with 35 set assists, while junior Jaclyn Del Cid came away with 14 digs on the defensive end.
