Holy Family University Athletics

Senior Dawn Curry helped lead the women's soccer team to a 2-0-0 week, including victories against Millersville University (2-1 2OT) last Tuesday and a 3-2 victory over Wilmington University on Friday.  Curry finished the week with a team best three goals and six points. 

Curry scored both of the team's goals in the win over Millersville, including the game-winner in the 102^nd minute in double-overtime. She followed that performance up with another game-winning goal against Wilmington.  In the 89^th minute, Curry received a pass from junior Melissa Benson in front of the net and launched the ball towards the net for the eventual game-winner.  Minutes prior to her goal, the Wildcats tied the game at 2-2.
