Senior Carolyne Heston helped lead the Tigers to a 4-0 stretch from Dec. 16 - Jan. 5 as she was named to the CACC Weekly Honor Roll.  Holy Family (7-5, 5-0 CACC) has won five straight games, including a 4-0 stretch the previous two weeks. Heston averaged 14.0 points and 14.3 rebounds per game in the past two weeks, while shooting .463-percent from the field.  She also converted 14-of-20 from the free throw line.  Heston led the Tigers defensively with six steals, four blocks and 43 defensive rebounds. In the victory versus Felician, Heston had a career day as she recorded her fifth double-double of the season.  She tied a career-high with 21 points and grabbed a career-high 18 rebounds.  Heston also scored 21 points in the team's win at Wilmington.
