Junior Brigit LaRose was named the Co-Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week this past week as she helped lead the Tigers to a 2-1 record versus conference opponents.  After falling to cross-town rival Philadelphia University (16-5) on Tuesday, the Tigers bounced back with two straight wins over Wilmington University (17-9) on Thursday and at Post University (17-7) on Saturday.  As a result of the team's two victories, the Tigers clinched the number two seed in the CACC South Division. The junior attack led the Tigers with ten goals this past week.  She also tallied six ground balls and caused two turnovers.  LaRose led the team in scoring with a season-high give goals against Wilmington and followed that performance up with a four-goal outburst in the victory at Post.
